At Chapels Spa we aim for the highest possible standards in all areas. In order to maintain these standards we would kindly ask you to observe the following guidelines:

Pamper Days

Following telephone confirmation, a firm reservation must be made together with the booking form, a completed medical questionnaire and a 50% deposit with the balance payable on arrival. Cheques accompanied by current banker’s card will be accepted.

Bookings

For any treatments over 1 hour, credit card details are taken to guarantee bookings. For your first visit, please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time to complete a client record card.

Cancellation Policy

Pamper Days

As a courtesy to our therapists you may cancel your booking anytime up to 7 days prior to arrival date for a full refund. Cancellation made less than 7 days prior to arrival will result in the loss of full 50% deposit.

Treatments

Please allow 24 hours notice of cancellation to avoid a 50% charge as we will be unable to fill appointments at short notice. We offer a weekly cancellation list if your request appointment is unavailable. This is suitable for clients who are available at short notice.

Late Arrivals

Late arrival will deprive you of valuable treatment time. As a courtesy to the next client your treatment time will end at the time originally scheduled. However the management reserves the right to use their discretion in exceptional circumstances.
